This is primarily an onsite role with some flexibility for remote work. You’ll oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, hiring support, compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations while working closely with leadership to shape employee experience.

This role offers a salary starting at $62,000/year, along with benefits including:

What You’ll Do
  • Manage HR Administration including processing payroll accurately and benefits-related administration
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, increase employee satisfaction, and retention
  • Maintain compliance with HR laws, policies, and confidentiality standards
  • Partner with leadership to support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
  • Help improve and maintain HR processes that support an organized, employee-focused workplace
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
  • Coordinate hiring activities including screenings, interview scheduling, background checks, and hiring logistics

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with payroll systems, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, employee-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to commute between locations as needed
