What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise clinical staff, including therapists, team leaders, mentors, and clinical licensure supervisors.
- Maintain a small caseload (8-10 patients weekly)
- Oversee clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and refine clinical policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices
- Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Lead the clinical use of the EMR system, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflows, and compliance
- Contribute to program development and evaluate clinical outcomes to improve services
- Master’s level degree in clinical social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, licensed professional counselor or doctorate in clinical psychology
- Full licensure in the State of Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD)
- 5+ years of experience in treating patients face-to-face
- 3+ years of clinical leadership or supervision experience
- Strong understanding of mental health regulations, documentation, and compliance
